After my husband couldn’t get past a certain point on his favorite video game, I saw him looking for game cheats online.  I couldn’t help but find it amusing, because he and his best friend are having this little contest to see who can beat the game first, and he got to a point he couldn’t get past. He spent hours trying to get past that point, but when he couldn’t, he started looking for game cheats.  When I asked him about it, he told me there was no way he was going to let his friend win the game, so if it meant he had to look for game cheats, he was going to do exactly that.  I have a sneaking suspicion, his friend is further along in the game than my husband is, and that’s making him a little nervous.  Nothing like a little friendly competition between friends.    When I told him, I was sure his friend wasn’t using game cheats, he laughed and said his friend was the one who told him where to find them. Boys will be boys.
